I hereby acknowledge that this Story Submittal Release Form (hereinafter referred to as “Form”) becomes effective upon submission.

I certify that the document I am submitting is my own original work and that it does not plagiarize, infringe upon, or violate the intellectual property rights of any other existing work. I further certify the truth, accuracy, and authenticity of the submitted material.

I grant DeborahParman.com, its affiliates, successors, and assigns, the unrestricted right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use the content I have submitted in any format or medium, including but not limited to, print, digital, and online platforms, for the purposes of publication and promotional materials.

I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation, financial or otherwise, for my submitted work, either now or in the future. I further waive any right to royalties, payments, or any other forms of compensation related to the use of my story as described herein.

I expressly authorize the use of my story for publication across various platforms, including but not limited to, the internet, magazines, journals, books, blogs, and other media, provided that such use is lawful.

I release and forever discharge DeborahParman.com, its affiliates, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of any kind that may arise from the use of my submitted content. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

I understand that, for the purposes of publication and to protect my privacy, only a fictionalized first name will be used in association with my story.

By submitting my story, I hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Form and understand that this agreement is legally binding. I also acknowledge that by submitting a message, I am providing my electronic signature and full consent to these terms.
